The National News Agency (NNA) reported on Tuesday that fisherman Abdo Louis Ghazal’s body was found on the shore of Kfar Abida in Batroun after he went missing on Saturday.
The agency said that Abdo left Jounieh port, but failed to return home and has been missing for the last three days. It is believed he drowned due to bad weather conditions.
NNA added that the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and the Civil Defense Forces transported Abdo’s body to a hospital in Batroun.
